This bus replaced the vehicle in the previous picture, and is a 1989 Leyland Lynx, with a capacity of 49 seated passengers.

New to UK operator West Midlands Travel, registered G168 EOG and allocated fleet number 1168.

DBY 315 was a 1961 Leyland Comet (truck chassis) rebuilt to forward control and fitted with a Sammut body of 40 seats.  It carried registrations 218, A-0206, Y-1016 & Y-0315 before being replaced by a newer vehicle.

The remains of Bedford OB DBY 326 are seen here in a compaund near the Kia dealership in Qormi, Malta.  Whether it was undergoing some form of restoration or it was being dismantled, I don't know.

DBY 316 was a 1978 Bedford YLQ fitted with Duple Dominant C45F bodywork.
New to UK operator Corvedale, Ludlow, Shropshire, registered VNT 48S and allocated fleet number 48.

Registered Y-0316 upon entry into service in Malta, it became DBY 316 when the registration system was overhauled.

DBY 341 was a  Malta Docks  forward control bus with Brincat B40F bodywork.  These  Malta Dock  buses were built using imported parts and assembled on the dock yards, hence the name.  This bus also carried registrations 857, A-0857, Y-1042 and Y-0341.

DBY 342 was a 1962 Bedford SBG, fitted with Aquilina B40F body.  It was also used on sister island Gozo, where it carried registration FBY 034.

The famous  A64 Red Bus Cafe , situated on the outskirts of Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK, started life with Newcastle Corporation in 1968 as an Alexander H45/30D bodied Leyland Atlantean, registered SVK 607G.  After passing through various operators, it was converted into a static cafe, as seen here.
